Maiora, part of the Next Yacht Group, has unveiled the groundbreaking 42 Exuma, signaling a bold step in the brand’s evolution toward a new vision of artisanal Italian yachting .

Inspired by years of attentive collaboration with yacht owners, the 42 Exuma flips the conventional “shipyard‑to‑client” model on its head. This vessel places user experience at the forefront, blending aesthetics, functionality, and well-being in a harmonious new paradigm .

Innovative layout highlights include:
• Four VIP cabins plus the owner’s suite all located on the main deck—a configuration typically found on yachts over 60 meters .
• The lower deck is dedicated entirely to crew and service areas, enhancing privacy and operational efficiency .
• The upper deck transforms into a panoramic, fully glazed lounge that opens seamlessly to the outdoors—an available 36 × 11 m of communal space .

Giorgio Maria Cassetta, responsible for the exterior design, integrates lightness and dynamism through innovative elements like the “infinity deck” at the bow, which blurs boundaries between inside and out .

Interior spaces, crafted by Elie Saab Maison, reflect refined elegance and contemporary taste. Furnishings echo the Maison’s signature style, weaving design identity with the yacht’s aesthetic and introducing a novel cross-disciplinary collaboration to luxury yachting  .

• Length: approximately 42.5 m.
• Two propulsion options:
• High-performance: MTU engines with waterjets, reaching up to 30 knots  .
• Efficient cruising: Volvo Penta IPS system, offering up to 20 knots .
