For the first time ever, Pershing has equipped one of their boats with Volvo IPS engine. This innovative choice makes the new GTX80 significantly quieter, more fuel-efficient, and easier to maneuver than previous models.
Powered by three 1000 hp Volvo IPS 1350 engines, this vessel effortlessly reaches a top speed of 34 knots, delivering unparalleled comfort even in rough seas as I experienced firsthand during our trials today with waves over a meter high. The Engine Room of this yacht is much smaller than what we are accustomed to see because there are no trasmissions and the 3 engine setup is very compact in comparison to 2 very powerful engines.
Step aboard and be awed by the incredibly wide stern, featuring two opening terraces. The main deck boasts an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, while the lower deck houses four cabins, including a full-beam master suite located aft in order to use the maximum width of the yacht.
Pershing is all about the ultimate “driving” experience. The upper deck not only offers a sunbathing area but also a helm station where the owner can enjoy piloting this magnificent yacht or relaxing with his family.
The boat has a tender garage for a wave runner while the tender can be stored on the aft platform.
