Tuiga is BACK! ⛵️

Right on cue — just around H.S.H. Prince Albert II’s birthday, the Yacht Club de Monaco’s flagship finally got her new mast stepped. Talk about perfect timing!

This legendary 1909 gaff cutter, designed by the legendary William Fife III and built at William Fife & Sons in Fairlie, Scotland, is a true classic: a 15-Metre rule yacht measuring about 28.7m (94ft) overall with a beam of 4.18m, and that iconic long, elegant sheer. She was originally built as a sister ship to King Alfonso XIII’s Hispania.

🐬After last summer’s breakdown off Menorca, it’s incredible to see her fully rigged again here in Monaco, ready to sail properly.

Big adventures coming in 2026:

🇺🇸 Atlantic crossing planned for July to represent Monaco at the 250th anniversary of American Independence

🏆 Back in action as the ultimate ambassador for the “Capital of Advanced Yachting”

Welcome home, beautiful Tuiga 🇲🇨
