Sanlorenzo 74Steel VIRTUOSITY: Unseen solutions for a 70m Yacht.
The distinctiveness of this Yacht lies in architectural elements typically not found on vessels of this size, the result of an over four-year design journey.
🌳 A real tree as a structural core:A Ficus Nitida spans two decks at the heart of the Yacht. It is a structural element: the entire vessel was literally built around this plant, selected before the hull was even welded.
🌊The Aquarium below the waterline:A partially submerged glass section in the wellness area allows guests to observe the marine landscape from beneath the sea level while in the sauna or massage room.
🌅 Rotated cabin layout: To prioritize horizon views, VIP and owner beds are rotated toward the windows. This required a complete redesign of the bathroom and dressing areas to clear the visual field.
💡Triple-height natural light: A monumental spiral staircase connects three decks. Floor-integrated skylights channel sunlight vertically to illuminate both the central tree and the lower levels, maximizing the volume kept under 2000 GT.
✨Private Reflecting Pool:The owner’s suite overlooks a water surface designed to amplify sky reflections. A sensory shower acts as a delicate architectural filter between the interior and the pool.
🚁Forward logistics for maximum relaxation: By moving tender garages and the helipad to the forward Bridge Deck, the entire aft area is reserved for guest privacy, separating operations from leisure.
